Our blended wellness programme offers a daily choice of live online sessions for mental and physical wellbeing as well as regular outdoor sessions and individual in-person appointments.
Whether you choose to participate in the same session/s regularly, or mix and match to suit your own schedule, these sessions will greatly benefit mind and body.
Sessions are inclusive and accessible, we encourage participants to work to their own ability, allowing them to find the best level to fulfil their individual needs and intention.
For a monthly subscription you can attend as many sessions as you like. The introductory trial period means you can try before you buy. If you decide to join the programme, you will have access to our online video resources which support the live sessions, and we are also happy to schedule individual appointments on a one to one basis at no additional cost.
