Seated Qi Gong

Another new addition to our programme is Seated Qi Gong

We know from experience that, despite mobility impairments,  older adults have physical, cognitive, and psychosocial resources that can be promoted to enhance their wellbeing. 

A recent study of chair based exercise with residents in long term care showed that seated exercise interventions – which included Qi Gong – help to improve physical and cognitive functions as well as physical health and well-being
